Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Katalisk website, workspace, and related services.
Last updated: April 23, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Katalisk ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Katalisk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Your use of Katalisk is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
1. Description of Service
Katalisk is a Threads-first workspace that helps users write, plan, schedule, organize, and review content performance in one place. Features may include drafting tools, calendar planning, account management, analytics, and related publishing workflows.
2. Eligibility
You may use Katalisk only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and are authorized to use any connected accounts or workspaces you add to the Service. If you use Katalisk on behalf of a company, team, or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
You may need to create an account to access certain features of Katalisk. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access, for activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring that users you invite to a workspace are authorized to be there.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Katalisk in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms. You must not:
- use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the Service, its systems, or connected networks;
- abuse platform integrations, APIs, or authentication flows;
- upload, publish, or manage content through Katalisk that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or access the Service in unauthorized ways.
5. Plans, Trials, Billing, and Refunds
Katalisk may offer free trials, monthly plans, and annual plans. If a free trial is offered, you may be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing interval you selected unless you cancel. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and related charges using your selected payment method.
If your plan includes a refund window, you may request a refund within 7 days of being charged by contacting [email protected]. We may deny refund requests where use of the Service, fraud, abuse, or chargeback risk makes a refund inappropriate.
6. Connected Platforms and Third-Party Services
Katalisk may depend on third-party platforms, infrastructure, payment processors, and authentication providers. Features may change or become unavailable if those services change, restrict access, or experience downtime.
Katalisk does not ask for or store your social media passwords directly. Connected accounts use official authentication flows provided by the platform where available.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Katalisk, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and underlying materials, are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Katalisk if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, abused the Service, or exposed us to legal, security, or operational harm.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewal but does not retroactively cancel charges already incurred, except where required by law or approved under our refund policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Katalisk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always available with every connected platform or feature.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Katalisk.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by updating this page or through the Service. By continuing to use Katalisk after the revised Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Katalisk, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory local consumer protection law applies, those rights remain in place.
13. Contact Information
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
